What Is Box Lacrosse?
Box lacrosse is the indoor, high-intensity version of the game - played in rinks with real boards, smaller goals, and full contact.
The speed and physicality make it one of the best ways to develop elite stick skills, spacing, and decision-making.
Our girls box program introduces high school players to the same box concepts used by the top Canadian and collegiate programs.
Program Overview
The JetLax Girls Box program combines real box lacrosse gameplay with instruction in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Our practices emphasize 2 Man game, transition, and physicality inside real boxes -- preparing players for the modern field and box game.
Key Details
- Season: December-January
- Practice Locations: Brookfield Sports Complex + The REAL School
- Practice Frequency: 2x per week
- Roster Size: 12-16 players
- Ages: High School
- Cost: $100 deposit + final balance TBD based on roster size

Founded in 2020 when spring lacrosse was COVID cancelled, Jeff and Jenny started out with one team of 12U Boys.
Subsequent seasons were built on the first, and the Jets have expanded to both boys and girls.
